Puckett Counseling Services therapists are in network with most major health plans in the region including:

Aetna Better Health

Anthem

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Kentucky Medicaid

Humana Caresource

Passport

WellCare

Each health plan is different but co-payments for private insurance are generally $10 to $20 per session. 

Managed Care Organizations ( WellCare, Passport and etc.) provide Mental Health and Behavioral Health Services for children and adults either at no charge to you or for a small copayment. There is no copayment for children and the highest copayment for an adult is $3.00.

Please Note:

Insurance does not cover the cost of marriage/couple therapy. Insurance generally will not pay for marriage counseling unless the counselor finds you or your spouse suffering from a mental disorder. Marriage counseling is covered as treatment for the disorder, but not otherwise.
